Memories
“Memories” jurist and judge, Joe A. Oakes
It was a pleasure to view and appreciate all of the beautiful and varied interpretations of
“Memories”. They are something quite unique and precious to each individual being but can
relate to others, as in this case, through art.
I always strive to accept pieces that vary in concept, color, and style. But I must admit that I
always recognize and give the highest praise for pieces that demonstrate confident and
practiced technical skill with the chosen media.
Please remember that when entering shows, your work is only being judged against the other
work that has been submitted. Always keep painting to improve your skill and your unique
artistic voice.
I wish you all continued success in your artistic endeavors and thank you for this opportunity!
